SINGAPORE: Two senior executives at PropertyLim Brothers (PLB), a prominent real estate agency in Singapore, have resigned with immediate effect following online rumours involving the company’s leadership.
The company confirmed that Melvin Lim, its chief executive and co-founder, and Grayce Tan, vice-president of strategy, are no longer listed as employees. PLB stated that it has completed an internal review following recent events but did not disclose further details.
Interim Leadership Appointed
Following the resignations, PLB appointed Marc Chan, vice-president of operations, as interim chief executive. The move is intended to ensure operational continuity during the transition period.
Both Lim and Tan have also stepped down from their roles at KW Singapore, a franchise of US-based real estate agency Keller Williams. Their resignations were reported by local business media amid heightened public attention.
