A person has suffered serious injuries after falling from Manadon Flyover in Plymouth this afternoon (Wednesday, January 14).

Emergency services were called to the scene on the A38 after a person was found injured on the expressway, prompting a major emergency response.

Part of the A38 in Plymouth remains closed this evening after a person sustained serious injuries in a fall from a bridge, bringing traffic across the city to a standstill.
