According to initial reports, around 1:45 PM, calls were received by the Montgomery County 911 center regarding an ATV that had rolled over onto a child. Multiple agencies responded, including Splendora Police Department, Montgomery County Hospital District, DPS, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, and East Montgomery Fire Department.
