Former Educator Charged With Multiple Felonies
Authorities Say Allegations Are Not School-Related
MIDLLOTHIAN, TX: A former substitute teacher who previously worked for the Midlothian Independent School District has been arrested and charged with multiple felonies related to alleged child sexual abuse. District officials confirmed the individual was employed briefly in 2025, but emphasized the charges are not connected to district schools.
Authorities identified the suspect as 30-year-old Madison Paige Jones, who is facing charges including indecency with a child, aggravated sexual assault with a child, and possession of child pornography. Officials confirmed Jones was taken into custody on Friday.
Midlothian ISD stated that Jones worked a total of four days over the past year and had assignments at Heritage High School and Baxter Elementary School. The district said there is no indication the alleged crimes are connected to students or school facilities.
Second Arrest Announced
Investigators also confirmed the arrest of a second suspect, 37-year-old Zackery Dondlinger, who has been charged with Sexual Performance by a Child. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the relationship between the two suspects.
